Colorful Desires is hosting a Pop-Up Shop in Charlotte, NC at the Charlotte Premium Outlets! Come out and support your local businesses of color during the available mall hours Saturday & Sunday, October 23rd - 24th!

Here's how to sign up as a vendor...

***IMPORTANT***

All vendors must be approved by the Charlotte Premium Outlets. Vendors can submit their business for approval through our Google Forms Link. Once complete and accepted, you will receive an email for confirmation and instructions to proceed with the purchasing of your ticket. It is very important to follow these instructions to respect the guidelines of the Charlotte Premium Outlets and Colorful Desires.

Vendors, you  must bring your own table, table cloth, and merchandise. If you decide to bring a tent, you must bring weights to hold it down. You will not be able to nail it into the ground. There will be a good amount of outlets nearby for you to use as well!

There are strict guidelines based on the type of vendors allowed at the Charlotte Premium Outlets. Vendors who sell the following are prohibited.

1. Coffee/Cold Brews
2. Popcorn
3. Italian ice, Water ice or any other kind of snow cone type of product
4. Hotdogs
5. Pizza
6. Hot subs and sandwiches

In the event that you purchase a ticket prior to receiving approval and your business is denied, you will NOT receive a refund. We ask that you respect the guidelines provided for this event!

***All vendors will receive assistance with set up and break down for the event,***   a social media shout out prior to the event, and top of the line on-demand service throughout from the Colorful Desires team!

***Vendor Requirements Post-Approval***

Vendors will need to bring their own 6 ft. table, table cloth, and merchandise. to accommodate the needs of their business. If you decide to bring a tent, you must bring weights to hold it down. You will not be able to nail it into the ground. There will be a good amount of outlets nearby for you to use as well! The Charlotte Premium Outlets has Wi-Fi as well!  If you choose a ticket with multiple days, it is strongly recommended that you take all of your belongings in between days.

Set-up time will begin at 8:30am for all three days. It is imperative that your table is set up COMPLETELY and prepared for mall traffic by the opening of the mall. Any vendor that shows up after the mall opens will forfeit their spot and a refund will not be issued. The event will take place near market hall!  Vendors are fully responsible for any items in respects to their business. The Charlotte Premium Outlets and Colorful Desires are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
