What:

• Pop-Up Shop at Cumberland Mall

When:

• Friday, from 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday, from 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday, from 12:00am - 6:00pm

Where:

• The address is 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30346

Set-Up Time:

• You may begin set-up the night before your event day after mall closes.

Below are when Set-up times begin in the morning of the event day if you elect to do so

• 9:30am for Friday & Saturday
• 10:30am for Sunday

Breakdown Time:

• Must start packing up the last hour of the event.
• 7:00pm for Friday & Saturday
• 5:00pm for Sunday

Mandatory Items You Must Bring

• Table
• Table Skirt that reaches floor
• Chairs

Failure to follow instructions will forfeit your opportunity to vend with us for future events!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will there be Wi-fi?- Yes, however it can be spotty.
2. Will there be Outlets? - Very Limited, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
3. Can we bring a 2nd table? - Yes, must be perpendicular to 1st table.
4. Can we bring promotional items? - Depends, must send a picture of your set-up and/or the items you plan on bringing in the Vendor Form. This includes retractable banners, clothing rack, etc.
5. Can we leave equipment overnight? - You may, however we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
6. Can we pick our table locations - Yes, table locations are first come, first served, however you must not be in front or near a store with similar products.
7. Can I leave early? - Yes.

Event Refund Policy: Colorful Desires will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled or posponed. Refunds may take up to 30 business days for the process to be completed.
